By downloading, installing, or using the FrostCatch mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a compatible device you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring that any information you provide is accurate and complete.
• Maintaining the security of your device and any credentials associated with your use.
• Complying with all applicable laws, including fishing regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Not engaging in activity that disrupts the App or its associated services.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and all content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of FrostCatch and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Weather data, fishing activity gauges, and tips provided are for informational purposes only. We make no warranties regarding their accuracy or reliability.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FrostCatch BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted within the App or on our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your license ceases immediately.
